Biggest PNP draw held by Express Entry-Canada

On June 9 Canada held a new Express Entry draw that invited around 940 candidates to apply for permanent residence. These candidates had also previously received a nomination from the PNP having a high score cut off of about 711 because all the PNP candidates in the Express Entry pool got 600 points automatically added to their score. The candidate who did not have this nomination would have a score as low as 111 points.

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) published a cutoff time for the tie break rule even if there was any actual tie as per the requirements of the administration. The draw also stated that any candidate who had a minimum score will be invited only if they submitted their Express Entry profile before February 16, 2021 at 09:06:30 UTC.

Canada invited 500 candidates through the PNP draw that had a score of 713 points and the number of invites almost doubled when the cutoff score was dropped by two points.
