British Columbia invites 373 in new PNP draws

Since the beginning of this year B.C. has issued around 5249 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination and has also invited 373 immigration candidates in two Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draws that were being held on June 8, 2021.

B.C. has been conducting two separate rounds of invitations under its PNP program since February. There has been a general draw and a second draw targeting retail and wholesale trade managers as well as restaurant and foodservice managers. There is a high number of people registered in the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System with these two occupations, and the province is seeking to balance the needs in all sectors of the provincial labor market.

All the candidates from the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) streams of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) received many invitations through the general draw that was held.
