Express Entry: Canada holds major inviting 5,956 immigration candidates.

Candidates who had a score of 380 were eligible for the invite according to the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This new draw focused mainly on those candidates that came under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). This draw also invited candidates who had at least one year of skilled work experience in Canada and also had the knowledge of the intermediate official language skills. This was necessary in order to meet the eligibility criteria for CEC.

This draw was among the third largest Express Entry draw ever and it had the second lowest Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) IN 2021. However the previous records of these draws had a record of 27,332 CEC that invited candidates in the month of February and 6000 CEC candidates were invited in two separate draws that were held in the month April with the IRCC.

When compared to the previous CEC that was two weeks ago, Canada invited 4,114 more candidates keeping the requirements of the CRS score to 17 points lower. Canada also held a CEC draw about three weeks ago where candidates who had a score as low as 401 were also invited.
