STUDENT SERVICES:
Introducing Students Services Division

XONIER VISAS is delighted to announce the introduction of our new Student Services Division; we know that students have the opportunity to study worldwide to become a part of an ever increasing global community; therefore XONIER VISAS has launched its Student Services Division to assist you in obtaining your goal of an internationally recognized qualification; giving you a head-start on your global career.

We can advise you on the full end to end process of mapping your full student pathway including the best university / college, course and country designed to specifically meet your end goal; International education can be costly, so we will provide full cost information across multiple options of country / university / college / course; enabling you to understand which countries offer the best value for money.

Most countries will allow you to work whilst you are studying to supplement your income (although you should never include this in your tuition/living costs) and we can explain all the relevant rules that apply and many countries (not all) will allow you to apply for a Post Study work visa which can in some cases lead to Permanent Residency.

We can provide you with advice and study options across a multitude of geographical locations including: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and the US.

Counselling & Student Pathway

Our Counselling services are tailor-made to each applicant, we work closely with you on a one-to-one basis to ascertain your end goal and the most appropriate study pathway to help you achieve that goal; our qualified counsellors are on-hand to give you expert guidance so that you and your family can make informed choices on the best way forward.

Country Selection

There are so many countries that offer world class, internationally recognised education – but which one to choose? Our expert counsellors will be available to identify your student pathway and give advice on the best destination taking into account factors such as: course availability and requirement, location (Town or Country-side) and the all-important cost factor. Currently, we offer study abroad assistance across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and the US.

Course Selection

Deciding which course to choose is a difficult job which is why we recommend our counselling assistance to help you decide on certificate, diploma, undergraduate or post graduate studies to help you achieve your goal and boost your career chances.

University / College / School Selection

This can be a very difficult decision and to ensure that you make the right choice for you both academically and personally – our counsellors are on hand to provide advice on the correct selection of University, Polytechnic, College or School and dependent on your preference whether it is in the main cities or a more remote location.

Tuition Fees and other costs

International Education can be a costly experience, so it is definitely advisable to get the best advice on how to compare not only tuition costs but also day to day living expenditure; after all you (and us) want this to be one of the best experiences of your life, so our expert counsellors will be able to show you cost comparisons across the major destinations so that you can see just how much your approximate outlay for your course is going to be. For example, the UK is a popular destination (based on its constant appearance in the Times Higher Education World Rankings), but the cost of living can be prohibitive; yet both Canada and New Zealand offer reasonably priced (and internationally recognised) education with a fair cost of living; these are some of the things that our counsellors can help you with so that you can make that all important decision.

Documentation and other requirements

All academic institutions abroad do have requirements and pre-requisites for entry; such as a minimum score in IELTS or TOEFL (or other accredited English Language Testing Systems); so our counsellors will be on hand to guide you through the application process; we can even assist with English review; academic results must be in alignment with the institutions’ requirements too; so we can help you choose courses that you are eligible for and we will assist in the completion of all application forms and documentary requirements.

End to End application process

Our counsellors will be working with you through the full process; all universities (colleges/schools etc) have very strict deadlines for submission of applications and additional requirements; we advise that you should be applying at least 7-10 months prior to your required semester start time, as this will allow ample time for all processes to be completed in a stress free manner.

Visa Guidance

Our assistance to you does not stop at an accepted admission and at Xplorise Immigrations we have a long history of success with our visa processes; our on-hand experts will be available to guide you through this section of your journey, ensuring that you are fully aware of the progress at every step.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Prior to your departure, we will arrange either a one-to-one (or group session) to give you an overview of your destination country; this will give you not only country information such as weather, geography, culture, money, communication, Healthcare, Insurance and transport; an idea of what to take and what not to take and more specific information in relation to your University / College and its location and particular environment.

Accommodation

There is a wealth of accommodation options available to you – be they: On-Campus residences, off campus private accommodation (rental/leased apartments, flat shares etc) or Home-stay (where you would live with a family local to your college / university etc. – This is a fabulous way to immerse yourself in the language and culture of your chosen destination; but our counsellors are on-hand to help you make the right decision for you.

Working, Post Study Work Visa & PR

Most of the major destinations will allow you to undertake some work whilst you are studying (Australia, Canada, NZ, UK, US); but there are different eligibility criteria and rules associated with being allowed to work, such as the differing amounts during either term or break time; we can advise you on where you can work and how much you can do (legally). Again many countries (certainly not all) offer an opportunity to work for a certain period of time post graduation; again this has many eligibility requirements / time-frames and we can help you understand all of this; it is also possible for students (post graduation) to apply for permanent residency in selected countries; but these applications are complex and we would recommend our counselling and visa services to be able to understand these processes fully.
